Making ski pole chimes started as an annual gift giving ritual that has evolved into an endeavor for fellow winter sports enthusiasts. All of our products come from up-cycled ski poles. Every pole has been out ripping it up somewhere and has it's own story.

The Fine Print

We strive to provide the best service and stand behind every item we sell. We hope you enjoy visiting our store and are pleased with every purchase you make. Our ski poles are specially chosen and all of our creations are hand made with pride and care.

Shipping:

US Customers

We ship our goods using United States Postal Service (USPS) and will ship out with USPS Regular and Priority Mail.
It is best to provide us with both your physical address and your PO Box address so that we can properly ship out your package.
Shipping rates are calculated at a Flat Rate with USPS. The shipping rate includes packaging, shipping and insurance, where applicable. Upon shipment, you will receive a USPS tracking number and USPS Delivery Confirmation Number.
USPS Priority Mail takes two or three business days for most packages and we usually ship out your order the day we receive it.

Expedited Service

Expedited orders must be in by 8:00am MST to go out the same day. After 8:00am MST they will be shipped out the next business day.
We use FedEx and UPS for all express shipments. If FedEx or UPS does not meet their deadline for delivery and provides a refund to us, we will pass the refund on to you. However, please note that they will not refund shipping costs due to inclement weather. FedEx/UPS states that this is an act of nature/god and will not refund shipping costs. As we ship most of our goods in the winter season, express shipments can be delayed due to winter storms. Your streets may be cleared, but your package maybe going through a part of the country that is socked in with a Blizzard and thus will be delayed.
Caution: FedEx/UPS does not deliver on the weekends unless you choose to pay for a Saturday delivery. This means that 2 day orders shipped on Thursday and Friday will not arrive until Monday and Tuesday. Overnight orders shipped Friday will arrive on Monday.

Canadian Customers

All goods shipped to Canada will use USPS International Mail. This shipping rate includes packaging, shipping and insurance, where applicable. The shipping prices does not include GST, PST, duty and any other taxes. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay for these charges upon delivery in Canada. We do not know what duties and taxes are applicable for your order. Please check with Canadian Customs Service and/or Canada Post for this information.

How often do you ship?

We generally ship out orders within 48 hours. However, 98.5% of the time we ship out orders within 24 hours of payment. We only ship out orders Monday thru Friday. We do not ship out orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we ship directly to locations in the U.S. and to Canada.

Warranty Disclaimer

We are confident in our products but for what ever reason, you may return products within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price. Please send us an email at info@powderpipes for instructions on how to return the product.
